					<description><![CDATA[Fran, I got tears reading this blog.  Try and remember that at least Toni is healing and will get better.  My brother has so many underlying conditions that he had no chance against COVID and I was not able to be with him except by IPAD.pract
He was mentally ill and his life was always a huge struggle so he is now is a more peaceful place but he was a beautiful soul and I miss him so much.  As you said eating well, practicing yoga, getting outside and taking care breath and be mindful. Reading your blog help all of us feel less alone as we can still keep a community without having to be together. Here is to staying connected in many creative way.]]></description>
