Thanks, Joe! It sure was great to see you and Candy at Mississinewa Lake. Hope that place never shows up on a Spelling Bee! But oh such a pretty spot! I hope you will join us next time. I think I strained my right hamstring. Dang! and as much as I trained, and as lighter in weight as I was this time, my running and bike times were slower than in August 2019. I am just happy I did it and I vow to train differently for our next go around! Good luck on your half marathon on October 2. That’s a lot of running. I hope you will have time to get out there and practice, slowly, gradually, but consistently. I’m one to talk. That’s what I did and I still ran into hamstring issues on the day of the race.
