Hi Joann, I am so glad you will give your seeds a try!  You might want to first wrap the seeds in a paper towel, moisten the towel (and seed), and let it sit indoors for 24 hours &quot;soaking&quot; up the moisture.  You don&#039;t want to drown the seed, just give it constant moisture.  Then, after 24 hours, plant the seed and keep it moist.  Mine took a little over a week to sprout, but it was pretty miraculous!  I hope your seeds sprout and that you get your cucuzzi!  I am glad that my blog post could be such an inspiration! 					<description><![CDATA[OH my , I love yr story, Well on the other hand We Italians love our cucuzzi and right now I am trying to get some old seeds to sprout  that some kin folks passed on to my sister . Her husband could not get  them to sprout  and they are about 2 or 3 yrs I believe he said..  So I am going to try . We so miss them since both our parents passed away long time ago . I had to laugh cause my mom use to cook it all the time but of course we loved it .. lol.. Just hoping now that I can get these seeds to sprout . Your pictures here gave me a lot of hope for my seeds now !  Thanks .   :)]]></description>
