Sounds like a beautiful peaceful place! I’ve been enjoying listening and watching the birds this spring although I don’t know them by name. The flowers are gorgeous!

I never saw the old trail, but I bet it was nice. Very peaceful place…great place to spend some quiet contemplative time. Joon loved it! Sure is nice to be back with an audience for my writing! -fran

I haven’t been to the “new” Nisqually Refuge. It sure looks nice, although I liked the old dike trail. Whatever is best for the birds.
