We just had an almost-8-hour outage last Sunday in Huahin, my hometown, caused by the storm. Mom said she had never seen this high wind for decades! But to me, still I enjoyed the wind and the rain. ^^

Hi Joon, The outage happened because the city of Ocean Shores was doing electrical maintenance. I know it happens sometimes in Seattle, but maybe for an hour or so…never for so long! Oh, well! We survived and I had a story to tell. -fran
