Thanks, Candy! I truly wonder who rescues who? The dog owner rescues the dog or does the dog rescue the owner? I think it’s equal rescue on both sides. You are so lucky to have Navi. She is a beautiful dog!

I have started gentle yoga, again, for my back. Our dog licks me, too. She lays down beside me, and by the end she was is usually on my mat and I am on the floor. Oh, well. I love having her warm little body next to me. You are so right about our pets. They are family. Navi is my first ever dog, and I still can’t get over how excited she is to see me when I come through the door. The love is so unconditional. It totally does both ways. I’m so glad we took a chance and rescued her. She has rescued me right back. Thank you for sharing this beautiful post.

I swear that my dog know what I am saying at times. She strayed off our boat and started up a ramp when I said, “Mitzy, we forgot your leash”. Then she went back to the boat and was banging her leash until I put it on her. It totally shocked me.

You need a dog, Fran! They are wonderful.
