Hi Nikoel, It made me so happy to “see” you today. Yes, I felt warmed by your presence. We have this great big yoga community online. So many people, like yourself, who have moved away, are able to practice with me again. This online streaming is amazing and one of the silver linings of COVID-19 stay home social isolation!
