Today begins Day 1 of 21 Days to Kalm. For 21 consecutive days leading to Election Day in the US, I will post a daily 5-10 minute video in which I’ll guide you into a relaxing asana/pose and meditation. Enjoy daily themes, inspiring quotes, and a brief guided meditation.

PLEASE NOTE: No classes offered on Saturdays and Sundays during the 21 Days to Kalm. Instead, on weekends, you may log on to my blog to see a 10-minute recording with theme and guided meditation for the day. These will also be posted on my Facebook Page.
How to access 21 Days of Kalm:
1) Sign up for Fran’s blog. A short meditation/video clip will come to your inbox for 21 days. You may already be signed up. If not already signed up, go to this BLOG LINK and subscribe. To the right of the screen, you will see a way to subscribe (easy to see Subscribe Button on a lap top/not sure how to find it on a mobile phone). It will look like this:

2) Monday through Friday, I offer classes, both Zoom Livestream and In-Studio. Every class will feature a 10-minute calming meditation and theme for 21 Days to Kalm. If you cannot attend a Zoom livestream real time due to work schedule or living in a different time zone, register anyways and I’ll send you a Zoom recording of the class. You may pay for In-Studio and Zoom Livestream classes by using your credit card through my secure online scheduling app at time of registration.
3) Monday through Thursday mornings, I offer Gentle (7am PDT) and All Levels (8:30amPDT) Hatha Livestream classes on my Facebook page. Thursdays are deep stretch Yin sessions!
