  1. Thanks Fran. These medittions are fabulous. I loved the chakra colors today. I’m dog sitting on San Juan Island last week and this week, but I’m doing these daily. Sometimes Jasmine, the dog, joins me. You are so gracious and generous to do this. I’m hoping the election is a landslide for Kamala, shocking her opponent into oblivion!!
