21 Days to Kalm: Day 5

Today is Day 5 of 21 Days to Kalm.  Our theme for the day is Breath.

Here is your 10-minute guided meditation for today.  Try this meditation lying on your back with your legs over a bolster (if you have one) or you may put your feet up the wall. You may also sit comfortably and close your eyes. Enjoy today’s meditation.

Day Five: Breath

Asana: Lying on your back with legs over a bolster / Shavasana (or seated meditation or legs up the wall).
