Just got back from our yoga session. It is deeply satisfying to see everyone deepening their yoga practice. Everyone has become stronger and more flexible. The Om at the end of the session makes me think that a group of Gyuto monks has silently entered our room to join in on the harmonious sound of peace.
Below are photos from yesterday’s outing. Just when I think nothing can top what I just saw, something new pops into view and leaves me in awe of nature and all that life has to offer!

Our driver for this week, Omar. His eyes are as blue as his jacket and he has such a gentle spirit. While he is driving, we pass fields of sheep and everyone says, “Oh, LOOK!! The sheep! Omar, can you slow down so we can get a photo of the sheep?” And he slows down. I notice his whole body shaking with laughter at our ecstatic reactions to the fat wooly sheep (they are everywhere!)
Thank you for the mini-vacation and retreat. I am smiling and breathing deeply, most needed tonight.
Going deeper!
Rick
