Beyond Asana, an Enrichment Experience, brings you Flute and Zen Haiku with Andrea Cariño and Rick Clark.

Rick Clark presents his own spiritual haiku and Andrea Cariño improvises on flute and other suggestive instruments. The haiku were composed in the spirit of Zen and the musical improvisations echo that spirit. The word spiritual, in this case, means Zen, or seeing the nature of things. All of the haiku you hear this evening occurred after intense observation. Andrea’s practiced ear and knowledge of Eastern musical scales provide for a perfect union of Zen practices.

Please join us for a luminous evening.  No yoga mat needed. Fran will provide bolsters to sit on or you may sit on a chair or bench while you listen to music and haiku.
