Rick and I just got back from a walk on the beach here at Ocean Shores on Protection Point.   I found my first arrowhead today!  My flint treasure was not chiseled to completion, but it is still an exciting find.  We both found lots of small agates, but Rick found the prize: a fist-sized agate at the very end of the point.  Here are my photos from today’s long beach walk showing the dramatic skies and the various shades of gray with a hint of sun trying to break through:
