Here is your 14-minute guided meditation for today. You may sit or lie down for this guided meditation. Because the meditation is the Mountain Meditation, I think it is best if you are sitting on a meditation cushion or on a chair (if a chair is easiest for you) . If lying down, you may enjoy having a bolster or rolled blanket under your knees.
